Where required, we can structure the purchase through a corporate entity, family trust, or using an “and/or nominee” clause on the contract of sale, ensuring your name does not appear in public records. We are also able to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements prior to engagement if required.

Can you prevent the selling agent from using my purchase for their marketing?

Yes, but this must be negotiated and documented before contracts are signed. Elite Buyer Agents can insert specific special conditions into the contract of sale that legally prohibit the selling agency from disclosing the final sale price, publishing images of the property post-sale, or identifying you as the purchaser in any media or marketing material.
